Rooms of Light

Rooms of Light

Rooms of Light is a creative process that taps into the inner resources to clarify your focus, identifying your way of flowing, from the Inner Being’s perspective. For this reason, I always use it during the first session with someone: it allows you to identify the core of the problem, which already has in itself the resources to draw on the solutions.

The more you release what weighs you down – the old – the faster you can make room for the new, what you desire. Rooms of Light is an accelerator that allows you to take huge steps you never thought you could take before.

Three symbolic figures make up the itinerary to be followed: the rooms, the towers and the bridges.
The rooms: there are three of them and they represent inner listening. Every time I open a room, I look out on something new that is waiting for me and asks to be enlightened.
The tower: represents vision and trust, in fact from a higher perspective I can contact my vision more easily, without risking losing it among so many distractions.
The bridge: represents my direction, where I want to go. The bridge creates a link between where I am now and where I want to be, between present and future, so it projects me into my best version and heart’s desires.

You can go through the process alone, if we have already experienced it together otherwise, it’s better if guided by a person you trust, with whom you can exchange.

After an initial relaxation that you can do with music or meditation, imagine in front of you a door with a handle. You approach it, open it, and look around the room.
Who are you? (Answer with the first word that comes to you: if it’s an image or a feeling that’s fine). You cross the room and go to the back, you see another door and decide to open it. You walk into another room and look around. What do you feel? You cross the room and go to the back door and open it. You walk into the last room. What do you want? You always answer with the first word that comes to you.
You leave the room and in front of you there is a tower. You approach the tower and on the ground floor you take the elevator or the stairs up to the top. You have arrived on the top, what do you see? Take a few moments to look around and answer. Then you return to the ground floor. Not far from you there is a bridge, you reach it and as soon as you are on it you stop for a moment. Where are you going?
Go on and cross the bridge, in the direction you have chosen.

At this point you can re-enter the three rooms and restart the itinerary to go to a deeper level. The itinerary can take as many as three turns or more, depending on the depth of the theme that emerges and your willingness to unveil what matters.

Don’t be misled by the simplicity of this process: carefully crafted answers always come in, often pointing to a new course to follow!
All the images and words that come to you represent the key to accessing your Essence: it is important to know how to read and understand them in light of where you are and where you wish to go, so that you can move with inspiration and flow.

This is a crucial session to awaken your inner power and equip yourself with all that expands you into your brightest version.

That’s why I highly recommend you to schedule a Rainbow Session – or a package – to unlock all the messages you’ll receive from your “Rooms of Light” process and implement it on a practical level. If you do it by yourself, you’re probably not able to read properly all the signs you receive and this could result in diminishing the process’ effectiveness and liberating power.

Besides, when you have someone guiding you, you are able to relax more and be 100% immersed in the process, not in its unfolding.

Rainbow Sessions are designed to clarify your focus, release old programming, limiting beliefs and negative patterns to embrace the greatest version of who you truly are, by accessing your Power Source and stepping into the Realm of Infinite Possibilities.

To your infinite expansion, Lorenzo

The authentic meaning of Christmas

The authentic meaning of Christmas

The more mystical and authentic meaning of Christmas is to remember that you are the author of your life, through one of the greatest existing metaphors, birth. New thought philosophers – including Neville Goddard- explain that Jesus’ birth symbolizes the “I am” principle, the intrinsic ability that each human has to co-create. You are here to create, although sometimes, more than a creator, you can feel a victim of circumstances. This is indeed the greatest challenge for all of us, especially in the darkest moments where it’s easier to get carried away by hopelessness or laziness and “follow” instead of “create”.For this reason, we celebrate the darkest moment of the year with the light, because we know that inevitably after the night – however long it may be- light will always follow.

This is our biggest wish to you for the holidays and the new year. It is also a special time astronomically: it is not by chance the 25th of December, nor its proximity to the Solstice. This year among other things, the Solstice coincides with the full moon: a real energy portal to live to the fullest with new intentions, meditations, and celebrations.

Personally, I love this time of the year for its special energy and potential. I don’t love obliged presents, but I do love the symbolic exchange of simple gifts which represents the essence of Christmas: the promise of the coming light. What I love about this period is going inside of me and in the skies of the infinite possibilities – thanks to the particular constellation of the days leading up to Christmas – especially from Solstice till the beginning of the year.

It is a time for reflection, letting go, appreciating who I am and what I have realized, writing new intents and, most of all, meditating in front of the fire (when I am not in the southern hemisphere, where I swim in the ocean because it’s summer Solstice). I love feeling the fire inside of me and feel where it leads me, the insights that give to me to follow in the new year …
I have already received a fantastic Christmas present from my sister Stefania, who after watching the movie “Bohemian Rhapsody”, told me that I absolutely had to watch it too. She invited me to go (I said that I’d take it as her Christmas present). That day, December 8th (special number for me and Lorenzo), there was a magical synchronicity of events and my father who never goes to the cinema, came with us. We met at the beautiful art nouveau Theatre Odeon in Florence and as is often the case when I immerse myself in biographies, I came out very inspired.
Bohemian Rhapsody is the movie that tells the story of the Queen band and especially of Freddy Mercury. It’s the story of someone so in touch with his truth, which already acted like a star when it wasn’t yet! A person who has lived his life with such intensity and passion, to enchant with its explosive charge and its delicacy at the same time.Queen’s songs have made the setting for a summer spent in Corsica as a teenager with my family in the early 90s. I remember that “Radio Gaga”, “The Miracle”, “Under pressure”, the same “Bohemian Rhapsody” and many others, were always with us. What particularly excites me is “The show must go on” which I regard as a masterpiece in describing the transition – from a human point of view – from the physical to the nonphysical.
Thank you Stefania for the beautiful Christmas gift that you gave me: you know that for me inspiration is the most precious gift …
Your gift has rekindled the sacred fire within me, the desire to live and be even more in touch with my creativity and innovative spirit!

The power of inspired action

The power of inspired action

Inspired action is the most powerful action of all, since it is by far more important how you feel than what you do.

What you feel is your point of attraction, so it does not matter that you perform an action to proof that you can do it because if you feel fearful or doubtful you’ll not get the results you want. That’s why you do not have to do an action in order to get something, because action is not the first thing to do.

Seek alignment first: you’re here to Shine your Light, let it illuminate your path and the path of others.

When you feel good about yourself and what you desire, you feel that all you need is already here.

When you feel inspired, you can do whatever action is calling you. It will be an inspired action, much more powerful than any other action you could perform.

You are here to experience a wonderful life experience and what you feel attracted by, has a link with your soul’s purpose, so go for it.

But don’t get trapped in the “must have it” mentality: in this way you’re resisting the flow and you’re not enjoying life.

First, start enjoying what you already have, the little things you may take for granted every day, like the running water when you take a shower, a roof that make you feel safe, a delicious meal, a walk in nature, the fresh air you breath, the soft pillow on your bed and so on.

Remember that you’re here to allow wellbeing and whatever makes you shine in your life. You’re not here to fight to get something: this is a resistant mentality that does not allow playfulness or lightness in your life.

I invite you to create your reality from this space of love and joy, because in doing so, you also fulfill the meaning of life.

Here is how you can recognize when you co-create from a space of love: you feel happy, serene, peaceful and excited for the good that is coming to you. And you fully trust that it is well along the way.

When you co-create from a space of stress, you feel tense, totally focused on what you want and how to get it. You forget that is not your job to figure out “how” to get what you wantYou do not remember that you are here to decide what you like and then feel good about it, trusting that your request has been already answered. Infact, most people feel good when things go well and don’t feel good when things go bad.

But when you co-create from a space of love you always feel good since you know that you are loved and your purpose in life is to express love. When you express this abundance of love, you always get back the most wonderful synchronicities and relationships that life could ever offer you.

Shine the beautiful Light you came here to show!

Remember who you are

Remember who you are

“Focus on what is most important to you and that make your heart sing”

This is the easiest way to remember who you really are, Light.
You’re not here to miss your life, you are here to embrace it, live it, and love it.

At the end of this lifetime, the fact that you have or have not followed your desires will make all the difference. You will not think of anything else, as you’ll clearly see what made your life meaningful and worthy.

So go for your passions, follow your gut, and stand for your beliefs. This is the perfect time for everything you ever wanted.

Believe in yourself and remember that …

Living life was a choice.

The purpose of such a choice is a joy.

You are an extension of non-physical energy.

You can call the non-physical part within, Inner Being or Soul.

A current of pure, positive energy permeates everything.

It is a flow of wellbeing that affects everything.

You can co-create the life you want with this Energy of Love

You always have the option to choose your thoughts.

The non-physical energy, from where you come from, loves you.

All is well.

My wish is that these words can become a second skin for you, thus you can remember who you really are… Light!
