Hi, I am Helen Star, inspirational author, Soul evolution guide & trained psychologist. I opened my practice as holistic psychologist in 2005 for 8+ years, serving thousands of clients from Tuscany. My clientele grew organically with word of mouth as they resolved their issues around self-esteem, relationships, anxiety, depression, insomnia & other disorders in a short time. Many of them came from years of therapy and they were so relieved that my body-mind-soul approach was such a success. At the time I only worked in person 1-1 and led Core Energetics (my specialization) groups on Body-Soul Connection, Self-Esteem and Empowerment. I named my first website “Anima & Psiche” – Soul & Psyche – and I’ve always been aligned to the Shamanic way, though I opted for Psychology and studied Shamanism and other Lightworker’s training aside University. I also voluntereed at a cancer prevention centre and worked with children in schools assessing their psychological projective tests like the tree drawing among others. Parents and teachers were amazed by the richness and depth of information I received from the kid’s drawings and the solutions I offered, as I tapped into my intuition. Later on, I activated again this talent of mine connected to colour and inner reading through the creative process ‘Tale of Light and the Spiral of Colours’.

In 2003 I met in Taos, New Mexico (USA) Dr. Krishna Madappa, scientist, inventor and holistic consultant who became my mentor, also on the GDV device, which I included in my practice to offer energetic diagnosis: very accurate and to the point. I met the GDV inventor Dr. Konstantin Koroktov in Saint Petersburg at their international annual congress “Science, Information, Spirit”. Krishna’s 30 years of water research led him to invent the quantum technology Jiva Water to bring life and light back to water. My heart longed for a meaningful and authentic relationship where I could fully express myself and I prepared the space to attract and meet my soulmate. In 2009 I got married to Lorenzo with a ceremony in nature designed by us and travelled to Australia for a long honeymoon. The trip was an initiation and Uluru (Ayers Rocks) and other sacred lands Down Under whispered to my Soul and the following expansion was inevitable.

Upon my return, I moved to San Gimignano’s countryside where I wrote my first book “Spiral of Emotions” while Lorenzo wrote his first one “Inspiration.” Then the 2nd, the 3rd, the 4th and so on followed, while moving in a spiral that led us living in several countries from the UK, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, France and Greece, which activated our Gifts and Soul Path.

In 2017 I tapped into my Quantum Powers and they helped me to face one of the most difficult transition in my life. In 2019 I embraced my multidimensional being as I become more aware of my stellar origins and dived into why I am here: to co-create Paradise for the kids & adults of the New Earth. In 2021 a significant health challenge made me go deeper within to tap into my self-love and creativity to heal from the inside out. This self-healing process gave birth to my signature book “Rainbow Goddess”.

Then I said my sacred “Yes” to commit illustrating – and writing a few episodes – of the inspirational children’s book series “The Travels of Palloncino” which Lorenzo received and started writing in 2011 in green, peaceful Umbria. The series consists of 42 books in Italian and 42 books in English: a wonderful Gift from Heaven.

The foundation is “Rainbow Light School” which is the title of our innovative education book dedicated to parents, teachers and ambassadors of the New Earth; and also the name of our Centre for Soul Evolution and Leading-edge Education.

I have been blessed with the Gifts of Wisdom, Love, Clarity and Intuition: all ingredients that I mix with my rich background in the healing arts to support you in co-creating your Paradise or 5th Dimension, the Realm of Love, Infinite Possibilities and Unity Consciousness. 

I work online with individuals, couples and families eager to shift their repetitive dynamics of struggle and limitation into love, ease and flow. You can also work with me in person in Tuscany or wherever I am: I offer Rainbow sessions and teachings tailored to your needs and desires, also in possible combination with Lorenzo’s gifts: Soul Touch massage, Pranic Healing, Inspiration sessions and more.

Rooms of Light

Rooms of Light

Rooms of Light is a creative process that taps into the inner resources to clarify your focus, identifying your way of flowing, from the Inner Being’s perspective. For this reason, I always use it during the first session with someone: it allows you to identify the core of the problem, which already has in itself the resources to draw on the solutions.


The more you release what weighs you down – the old – the faster you can make room for the new, what you desire. Rooms of Light is an accelerator that allows you to take huge steps you never thought you could take before.

Three symbolic figures make up the itinerary to be followed: the rooms, the towers and the bridges.
The rooms: there are three of them and they represent inner listening. Every time I open a room, I look out on something new that is waiting for me and asks to be enlightened.
The tower: represents vision and trust, in fact from a higher perspective I can contact my vision more easily, without risking losing it among so many distractions.
The bridge: represents my direction, where I want to go. The bridge creates a link between where I am now and where I want to be, between present and future, so it projects me into my best version and heart’s desires.

You can go through the process alone, if we have already experienced it together otherwise, it’s better if guided by a person you trust, with whom you can exchange.

After an initial relaxation that you can do with music or meditation, imagine in front of you a door with a handle. You approach it, open it, and look around the room.
Who are you? (Answer with the first word that comes to you: if it’s an image or a feeling that’s fine). You cross the room and go to the back, you see another door and decide to open it. You walk into another room and look around. What do you feel? You cross the room and go to the back door and open it. You walk into the last room. What do you want? You always answer with the first word that comes to you.
You leave the room and in front of you there is a tower. You approach the tower and on the ground floor you take the elevator or the stairs up to the top. You have arrived on the top, what do you see? Take a few moments to look around and answer. Then you return to the ground floor. Not far from you there is a bridge, you reach it and as soon as you are on it you stop for a moment. Where are you going?
Go on and cross the bridge, in the direction you have chosen.

At this point you can re-enter the three rooms and restart the itinerary to go to a deeper level. The itinerary can take as many as three turns or more, depending on the depth of the theme that emerges and your willingness to unveil what matters.

Don’t be misled by the simplicity of this process: carefully crafted answers always come in, often pointing to a new course to follow!
All the images and words that come to you represent the key to accessing your Essence: it is important to know how to read and understand them in light of where you are and where you wish to go, so that you can move with inspiration and flow.

This is a crucial session to awaken your inner power and equip yourself with all that expands you into your brightest version.

That’s why I highly recommend you to schedule a Rainbow Session – or a package – to unlock all the messages you’ll receive from your “Rooms of Light” process and implement it on a practical level. If you do it by yourself, you’re probably not able to read properly all the signs you receive and this could result in diminishing the process’ effectiveness and liberating power.

Besides, when you have someone guiding you, you are able to relax more and be 100% immersed in the process, not in its unfolding.

Rainbow Sessions are designed to clarify your focus, release old programming, limiting beliefs and negative patterns to embrace the greatest version of who you truly are, by accessing your Power Source and stepping into the Realm of Infinite Possibilities.

The curriculum is co-created by the teachers and students according to the universal principle “Ask and It is Given”.

In other words, the curriculum arises from the points of attraction and desires of both teachers and students.

 

Education of Light is an inspiring way to see life and its wonders through the eyes of Source. This always happens whenever you feel love, passion, excitement, freedom, joy, expansion, power and vitality.

This is the education of the new century, a practical school to master your thoughts, emotions, relationships, career and every life experience you choose to live. It is the education for the children and adults of the New Era, the Era of Light; for experiencing joy, freedom, and love as natural qualities.

It is a place to co-create uplifting emotions and new combinations of words that create new relationships, new businesses, new visions and new ideas … a new society.

Rather than teaching children how to perform, we remind them to be happy, because when they are in a state of joy every action that follows is in flow, inspired and effortless. They can be much more productive when they first align their thoughts with who they really are before taking action. This is true alignment, true productivity because the action comes from love and this brings every possible bliss.

Education of Light is for teachers, parents, home-schooling parents, coaches, life seekers and everyone involved in the educational and self-development field. Education of Light is the answer to the modern lack of meaning and emotional/psychological support in school and society. Most schools have to hire counsellors in order to prevent and deal with youth problems.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we raise a generation of present, solid and ready-to-fly adolescents who have been taught that life is an amazing adventure; that they are here to gather information and then decide what they want and go for it; who have a deep understanding of emotions and relationships; and who know how to speak from the heart without fear?

What if we can have a generation of teachers that embrace understanding and empowerment of the human beings: magnetic teachers whose purpose is to share with kids their excitement for life and that, like spiritual mentors, lead children in recognizing their own emotional guidance system to help them make the choices that most resonate within? Many of them have lost the initial enthusiasm because they have lost contact with this truth.
