When you breathe deeply you connect to your truth and light. Now more than ever, fear, discomfort and propaganda are loud and can distract you from your real nature. The way of least resistance is embracing all your colors: reassure your inner child and tap into compassion for yourself, others and the whole world at large.

Your heart is where your compass is: go back to it if you have lost your way. I went through several healing journeys and the wisdom of my heart is what most helped me to get back to myself.

Would not it be nice if we connect all our hearts into a beautiful planetary heart filled with joy, love and freedom? All the good and positive things you expect for others, you expect for yourselves: you receive what you give.

The energy you project onto others is the same you project into yourself and the success and evolution of others, facilitates and enhances yours and vice versa. The success of others inspires your success, and your success inspires that of others.

Living in an interconnected Universe means that what you do to others, always come back to you: the more appreciation you spread, the more you get.

Encouraging others is like telling them that they are already ok and that they don’t need to prove anything to be considered deserving of encouragement. The merit is already implicit in their intent and desire for evolution, no matter where they are right now. That’s why offering caring and positive words can makes the difference.

You can make the difference in someone else’s life by saying: “I believe in you “, “All is well”,

“You are wonderful”or “You can do it”…

It’s like telling YOU right from the beginning: “You are doing really well, keep it up”. You do not have to wait for the complete manifestation to tell yourself: “I’m very good”, “I’m a beautiful/successful person” and so on. Waiting for the results would imply some resistances like fear of the performance; fear of disappointing expectations or not to arrive where you’d like to get. And why should you put yourself or others under a similar pressure?

Let’s start appreciating where we already are, offering encouraging words now, no matter the conditions we are living.

It is actually the best way to speed up the manifestation process while enjoying it. A true act of love towards ourselves that requires courage.
