Being aware of your own alignment is the single thing that can change everything: it allows you to\u00a0recognize when you\u2019re getting \u201cthe whole picture\u201d and when you\u2019re getting only a tiny bit of it.<\/em><\/p>\n

When you’re aligned you hold your VISION and you feel confident, enthusiastic and vibrant<\/strong>, while when you\u2019re<\/span> out of alignment, you lose your vision and you\u2019re either in a state of worry, doubt or fear<\/span>.<\/p>\n

In this case you should not take any decision<\/strong>: just take a deep breath with the awareness that it’s only a moment since you have the ability to let it go, weather distracting yourself or choosing new empowering thoughts. <\/span><\/p>\n
