Choose images you like to create a billboard of your vision and place it in a spot that is highly visible to you. If you love a particular object highlight it, don’t leave it hidden in a drawer. There is no set place for your objects, you give it to them: feel what works for you. I love gemstones and always have some in different places: on my desk, in the bathroom, in my room, everywhere, because I like to pause and look at them often. Along the way I hang posters drawn by me or of pictures I like. I really love to be surrounded by colors so I also have a colorful calendar, color pencils and pens next to my notebooks. Essential oils are also everywhere because I love their vibration and scent. Next to my bed I usually have symbols, a beautiful pink salt lamp and natural essences that I love for the purity they give me.

Choose objects that elevate your vibrations, colorful things are indicated to create cheerfulness while neutral ones to create lightness and purity.

The space around you is as alive as you are, help feed it with good thoughts so it will reflect them back to you. It makes a lot of difference to live and work in a harmonious environment in which you feel comfortable and invigorated, compared to an anonymous, colorless space.

You are the one who brings vitality to the place you inhabit: dress it up with golden thoughts and bright dreams so that it reflects back to you this beautiful energy of prosperity. You are here to create and the spaces you transit are among your priorities: that’s where you sleep, live, study, work and meditate. Clothe these places with crystalline energy and it will be the same energy that will come back to you to manifest the dreams of light that you cultivate in those same spaces.

Palloncino is flying over a playground with the FriendsBalloon, when he gets a brilliant idea on how to entertain the children. the complicity of the gentleman with the coloured balloons will be the key to giving those children a surprise filled with wonder and marvel, and one they will never forget.

…The children are speechless and admire their special “coloured balloons” with amazement.
“Yay, how nice!”
“Hello!” they shout loudly.
“Did you enjoy the surprise?”
the “coloured balloons” ask.
“Yes!!!” the children answer with an unanimous voice that is heard throughout the park.

The “coloured balloons” spend the day with the children laughing and joking, twisting and untwisting their strings, hiding in the trees, lifting the children slightly off the ground and reminding them to be happy.

Finally, the children let go of their strings to let the special “coloured balloons” return to the Garden of Wonders.
“Thank you!!!” shout the children happy to have spent the day with them.

You come from the stars and you constantly receive starlight and sunlight, if you’re open to allow it. You’re held and nourished by the substance that has created the worlds. Now more than ever, fill your cup from above to elevate your vibrations and hold the space for others, willing to step into the New Earth.

Empty your cup from old conditioning, limiting beliefs and emotional attachments. Work on your blind spots in order to release the fear and suffering that otherwise, will drain your energy, as it resonates with the dense collective energy field. The more you clear yourself, the more you clear the world like crystal clear water. Spend time in nature to go back to your true nature, meditate, dance, imagine, flow with your heart’s desires. Once you’ve filled your sacred vessel from above you’re ready to make choices and take inspired action that comes from your inner truth.

When you breathe deeply you connect to your truth and light. Now more than ever, fear, discomfort and propaganda are loud and can distract you from your real nature. The way of least resistance is embracing all your colors: reassure your inner child and tap into compassion for yourself, others and the whole world at large.

Your heart is where your compass is: go back to it if you have lost your way. I went through several healing journeys and the wisdom of my heart is what most helped me to get back to myself.

Starseeds – and Mintakans in particular – can sometimes feel off the path and lose their connection, when they forget that we’ve chosen to be here to EXPERIMENT life. Not to get things done, settle or fix ourselves or others. We have come here to PUT OUR HANDS IN THE CLAY and PLAY with it.

We have not come here because “we have to find our path” but to say YES to the path we’re already on: that is our path. You are your path. We are not meant to be anywhere else than where we’re right now. What if by saying YES to your path, it finally takes SHAPE?

YES to where you are (emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically)YES to your desires, YES to not knowing what’s next, YES to uncertainty, YES to what makes you feel good: joy, fulfilment, wonder, freedom, love, appreciation, well-being … You cannot know everything now otherwise, you could have stayed in the Non-Physical dimension where we do not have the benefit of SURPRISE, as we have here on Earth, because we know everything. We decided to come here to practice TRUST and ALIGNMENT no matter what.

We’re meant to experience the full range of emotions as they are our guidance system to go back to a state of harmony. We’re not meant to only experience harmony, since we can better understand harmony after experiencing chaos. Consider yourself as a scientist in the LAB OF LIFE.

Just FEEL that where you’re now is the PERFECT PLATFORM FOR WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. And you’re meant to be more than you’re now since EXPANSION is the very nature of this Universe and you’re a SPIRAL DANCING IN THE BIGGER SPIRAL OF LIFE, IN AN ETERNAL DANCE OF CONSCIOUSNESS AND BECOMING.

Mintaka is a star in Orion’s belt and it is known as the Water Planet. I am a Starseed from Mintaka and I am a natural uplifter and life enthusiast like many other Mintakan’s Starseed, that have come here on Earth to spread love and light during this time of great transformation and Ascension.

Mintaka has a very high vibration of unconditional love and is like a Paradise. We cannot go back there and that’s why Mintakans have a deep longing for home and easily become nesters: they enjoy decorating their earthly homes since they miss their spiritual one. They also love to work from home (I do:-)
Mintakans are very attracted by the stars: as a child, I remember drawing the Universe with its galaxies, stars and me on the moon. It was my favorite theme to draw and it felt like my true home.

Crystal clear water is very present in Mintakan’s lives since they hold a deep memory of it. Mintaka was covered by crystal clear water and it was very healing. I ‘m so happy when I can immerse myself in crystal clear waters and I enjoy a footbath every night.
Mintakans are very curious and they are life long learners: they enjoy never-ending discoveries that lead to new ones and so on.
I feel a lot of Star Light coming to me and it is a beautiful gift to receive.
I get emotional when I acknowledge that our bright star no longer is, but the memory of the unconditional love and the beauty and harmony that was there is very alive within me and it allows me to shine my Light and inspire others to do so too.
My purpose here on Earth is to co-create a Paradise of joy, love, and freedom so that we can live a happy and fulfilled life.

Inspired action is the most powerful action of all, since it is by far more important how you feel than what you do.

What you feel is your point of attraction, so it does not matter that you perform an action to proof that you can do it because if you feel fearful or doubtful you’ll not get the results you want. That’s why you do not have to do an action in order to get something, because action is not the first thing to do.

Seek alignment first: you’re here to Shine your Light, let it illuminate your path and the path of others.

When you feel good about yourself and what you desire, you feel that all you need is already here.

 When you feel inspired, you can do whatever action is calling you. It will be an inspired action, much more powerful than any other action you could perform.

You are here to experience a wonderful life experience and what you feel attracted by, has a link with your soul’s purpose, so go for it.

But don’t get trapped in the “must have it” mentality: in this way you’re resisting the flow and you’re not enjoying life.

First, start enjoying what you already have, the little things you may take for granted every day, like the running water when you take a shower, a roof that make you feel safe, a delicious meal, a walk in nature, the fresh air you breath, the soft pillow on your bed and so on.

Remember that you’re here to allow wellbeing and whatever makes you shine in your life. You’re not here to fight to get something: this is a resistant mentality that does not allow playfulness or lightness in your life.

I invite you to create your reality from this space of love and joy, because in doing so, you also fulfill the meaning of life.

Here is how you can recognize when you co-create from a space of love: you feel happy, serene, peaceful and excited for the good that is coming to you. And you fully trust that it is well along the way.

 When you co-create from a space of stress, you feel tense, totally focused on what you want and how to get it. You forget that is not your job to figure out “how” to get what you want. You do not remember that you are here to decide what you like and then feel good about it, trusting that your request has been already answered. Infact, most people feel good when things go well and don’t feel good when things go bad.

But when you co-create from a space of love you always feel good since you know that you are loved and your purpose in life is to express love. When you express this abundance of love, you always get back the most wonderful synchronicities and relationships that life could ever offer you.
