How to deal with the feeling of invisibility
Feelings of invisibility are something that we all have experienced at some level.
I’d say at least once in life (but probably many more) we have not felt seen or listened to, neither acknowledged nor important. I have been there several times myself. So, I know how it feels too, and from working with other people, I have realized that it happens when we focus on the lack.
What does this mean?
It means that you depend on someone else’s approval to feel interesting or alive. It also means that you have forgotten that the most important person for you in the world is YOU.
When you realize that and start redirecting your focus on WHY you’re doing what you’re doing and HOW it makes you FEEL, you immediately lose your invisibility. You become alive and fully connected to your inner-self and inspiration. That’s the key to being in contact with your full Power, and to not give it away by looking at other people’s reactions to what you do.
When you compare yourself to others, you’re focused on the lack of your desires, while taking score of where you are and where others are.
We are humans and it can happen, but remember that each and every one of us has our own path and goes at our own pace. There’s no right or wrong, just different life experiences.
You’re focused on the presence of your desires when you feel empowered and acknowledge the path you have traveled to be the person you are today. Focus your energy on yourself, and from that space, you can be of inspiration to others.
There is an innovative approach to get out of the lack mindset and gradually let go of negative emotions so you can discover your hidden treasure. Discover it here in the video:
