But there are mechanisms that can interrupt this natural process, thus it is essential that you know how to switch on your flame. -Stress -Frustrations -Fears and self-doubts, can switch off your flame however, you don’t have to fight them -but rather to understand them- as they offer a clear indication of where you are.

You desire joy and you are meant to experience it  in order to truly live the purpose of your life, in your relationships, career and spirituality. Reality is based on two poles: -Fear = lack of what you desire/ Trust = presence of what you desire. When you give attention to fear, you are focused on lack and you are not in contact with the ultimate truth of life, which is love. Love permeates every cell of the universe and getting in contact with it means recognizing fear as a mere illusion. You discover that every fear you have, hides a desire –and by focusing on the desires- fear disappears. What you most fear can become your greatest source of trust.

Inspiration is your wisest and most authentic part and when you are able to listen to and follow it you feel good, you’re aligned to your desires, you’re excited and vibrant and you spontaneously unleash a Light of love that enlightens your path, making everything clear.

The purpose of your life is to let your Light shine, as it makes you feel alive and filled with joy. When you shine your Light you express your love for yourself, for others and for life itself. It is a natural way that inspires also others to do so. You discover that the ultimate purpose of life is evolution and that you are meant to become your most wonderful version by shining your talents and living in the realm of infinite possibilities. Joy is the measurement of success.
